THE PERSON BEHIND THE DRAWINGS
Hello, I’m Kristal.
I’ve run hospitality businesses, worked on the spaces they operate from, and designed homes. Those experiences taught me to look beyond how a room appears: where people move, how work happens, what materials need to withstand, and how a space responds to its setting.
My interior design background led me to more detailed drawing work. I’ve completed a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting and am studying building design. At Studio Azul, I bring those interests together in considered plans, visualisations and documentation that give an idea enough detail to be discussed, priced and developed.

Studio Azul creates spatial plans, visualisations and detailed drawing packages for residential interiors and commercial fitouts. The work considers how a space will be used, how it will feel, and the information builders, shop fitters and consultants need to price, review and carry it forward.

I hold a Diploma of Interior Design and a Certificate IV in Residential Drafting. I’m currently studying a Diploma of Building Design through TAFE Queensland.
The studio works with other consultants and licensed practitioners when a project calls for their specialist role.
A good place to begin
